Digital Marketing Officer
A great opportunity to work across multiple digital marketing channels and platforms, including social media, web, email marketing and digital advertising, within the Council’s centralised marketing team.
You will be responsible for helping to achieve the Council’s commercial, community and audience development focused objectives and targets for its various services and venues including Leisure Centres, Museum, Theatres, Events and Hylands Estate.
The role requires experience of digital marketing and campaign techniques, social media platforms (business accounts), web content management and email marketing software. Previous experience working with design software (such as Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator or Corel Draw) would also be advantageous.
The ideal candidate will be able to work in a challenging and busy environment, be organised and able to manage their time to meet deadlines across numerous schedules, have a creative flair and work within a team that supports different services simultaneously.
The Council is operates flexible working arrangements and there will be the opportunity to work both from our Civic and service based offices, as well as from home. You will be required to work 37 hours per week with a flexible working pattern to fit business needs and work-life balance.
