We are WorkwithYork and our high profile city centre client is seeking a Business Support Assistant in their legal team on a full time basis.
This assignment will initially be 3 months long and the pay rate will be £10.59 per hour.
This role requires a good standard of office administration with the ability to be flexible and to deal with varying workloads and environments. The role requires someone confident taking notes during meetings and being able to transcribe these quickly and accurately.
Previous office admin experience is essential.
Ideally you will have a legal background or very senior admin experience. In this role you will be creating court bundles for outstanding cases and utilising bespoke software to maintain accurate records.
You will need:
- High acumen for proof reading, accuracy on spelling, grammar and formatting.
- Experience of creating templates, using case management systems.
- Excellent IT skills
