Full time - £11.40 per hour
To start immediately – 2 – 3 months
Work from home / City Centre
Our high profile client is looking for a skilled Executive Assistant to work closely with their Corporate Director on a temporary, full time assignment. Based within York city centre you will deliver a confidential and high quality support service.
This is a dynamic and extremely fast paced role, so having a highly organised nature with the ability to meet deadlines is paramount.
You need to be a confident team player with an exceptional work ethic, able to adapt to a varying workload.
You need strong proven experience of:
- Diary management
- Minute taking and drafting agendas
- Coordinating people and papers
- Senior level support
- Communicating with a very wide range of people both face-to-face and via phone and email
- Excellent IT skills with a variety of IT packages, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
