The post holder will lead on the delivery of strategic projects regarding the wide range of the estates improvement programme. S/he will be working with senior housing managers and key stakeholders to realise value for money and positive outcomes for tenants and leaseholders, across all portfolios managed by the Housing Service.
They will also provide advice and support to the Tenancy and Neighbourhoods Service Manager, in their role as lead client for estate related contracts, to challenge service providers on performance and identify efficiencies, in order to meet the Councils objectives and affordability targets.
This role would suit someone, who is professionally qualified to degree level and / or equivalent demonstrable and proven experience.
The potential candidates must also have a comprehensive understanding of Estate Services and extensive experience of project management for a wide range of housing services.
