Are you a high performing leader that can shape Leicestershire and contribute to improving services across systems, place and neighbourhoods? Can you help us to deliver integrated health, care and housing solutions to the people of Leicestershire?

We are seeking an experienced leader  with substantial experience of managing at a senior level in social care and / or health, and excellent communication skills to work across the local government and health sectors, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and bringing these partners together to develop the best outcomes for residents.

Highly motivated, you will be committed to personalised health and care services with experience of leading local government services, and visionary on how residents can access the care and support they need to remain as independent as possible.

You will need to be creative, innovative, and able to influence others to embrace and implement new ways of working. You will have responsibility for bespoke programmes of work and will oversee and manage the county’s Integration programme and digital social care developments. .

If you have a good knowledge of health, care and housing policy, with well-developed skills in strategic change, transformation, organisational and system development we would like to hear from you.
