This is a fixed term contract position until end of June 2022 with potential to extend depending on progress of overarching program.

We have embarked in a very ambitious program to redefine our new normal, identifying what ways of working we want to put in place and how we can use what we have learned during this past year. Our new hybrid working model is emerging, together with what we will need to successfully implement it (property, technology, culture and change, capabilities…). To allow us to properly support this program we are increasing our capacity in some critical areas.

On a day-to-day basis
You will:Work as part of a team supporting ODP&ST and Organisational Development & Talent Management practices.Facilitate exploratory conversations to help define our new ways of working, analyse data and make recommendationsCollaborate to create and deliver approaches, toolkits and activities that enhance and enable performance.Help ensure that teams across our organisation have the critical capabilities and behaviours needed for us to succeed in our vision.
You'll do great here if youHave a good knowledge of organisation development, learning and development, change management and team dynamics, and the ability to apply them in a complex environment.Confident in facilitating workshops, events or development interventions and creating engaging content for a range of audiences.Strong diagnostic, problem solving, and analytical skills, as well as strong project management experience and the ability to engage with a variety of partners and stakeholders.Are educated to degree level or with equivalent experience and committed to optimising your own performance through continuing professional development and maintaining your expertise.

This position will initially, in line with current government guidance, be based from home. However, when government guidelines change going forward this role will likely work in a hybrid way, with an expectation that there will be a mix of days in the office and working from home/alternative locations.
