The Housing IT Team provides support for users of business applications throughout the Council.

This post has responsibility for carrying out all system administrative functions for business applications. Excellent IT skills and the ability to quickly grasp business processes and requirements are essential.

Knowledge of the Northgate Housing system, SQL and/or the TRIM document management system would be beneficial, but experience of systems administration and Crystal Reports is vital.

You will be responsible for designing IT solutions, setting up / testing applications, creating reports using Crystal Reports, managing security, resolving user issues, organising and carrying out training etc.

You will need to be able to manage and implement projects.

Highly organised, with excellent communication skills, you must work well in a team and be used to juggling priorities, meeting challenging deadlines, while always striving for service improvements.

We are recruiting to two posts within the team. One full time and one job share 17.5 hours per week.
