Thank you for your interest in the role of Service Director for Digital & Customer Experience. This new role offers an exciting opportunity to be joining one of Europe’s most vibrant waterfront cities. As the UK’s 15th largest City we want to enhance and develop our digital offer, but at the same time drive a multi-channel customer experience making sure the most vulnerable in our City are not left behind. The role is a diverse one that will lead our Customer Service, Business Support and Digital Teams and in the first six months of appointment will support the Strategic Director develop our future Customer Service Strategy and reorganise our Digital and Customer Services Teams so we can meet the challenges of the future.

You will bring a track record of delivering digital solutions and improved customer experience across all areas of the organisation, along with the energy, enthusiasm and desire to join a forward-thinking City.
