The Post

Following a recent restructure, we are looking for a Property and Projects Lawyer to join our in-house Legal Service’s Commercial Team.

The Property and Projects Lawyer will be required to provide cutting edge advice on complex property matters to Brent’s dynamic Property Team and assist the Senior Planning Lawyer with some planning work.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to supervise junior staff and deputise in the absence of the Senior Property Lawyer.

The Person

The Property and Projects Lawyer should be experienced and able to  work to a high level, and provide specialist and proactive Property legal advice as well as assist the Senior Planning Lawyer with planning work.  Some training will be provided for the planning aspects of the role.
