Are you looking to progress your career within the Highways and Transport sector? Are you looking for a new and interesting challenge?

We have a fantastic opportunity available for the right person to join our team, working within the ever-changing landscape of network management. About the role

The successful candidate will lead a team within the Copeland area of Cumbria, carrying out all surveys, design, specification and works supervision, focussing on the improvement and maintenance of highways projects. The right candidate will be a confident communicator, who can provide technical advice and guidance to colleagues about specifications and standards for highway design and maintenance. It will require close liaising with the public, relevant stakeholders, and colleagues to deliver cost effective solutions to the maintenance of local roads within the Copeland area.
