Brent Council’s wholly owned housing company, i4B, has negotiated the purchase of a brand new apartment block in Wembley Park which will provide much-needed affordable accommodation for key workers across the borough and beyond. We have 2 Social Worker positions available to work in our Commissioning, Residential and Nursing Team.
Successful candidates will be to support our vision of improving health and well-being outcomes for our residents, working in partnership with the local health service and the independent and voluntary sector to provide personal and practical support to help people lead full and active lives, maintain their independence and dignity with choice and control.
We are looking for Qualified Social Workers (who are registered with HCPC) with excellent communication skills including experience and knowledge of Residential and Nursing services.
This role will offer you the opportunity to develop your multi disciplinary working skills as well as enhancing your negotiation and organizational abilities.
You will have supportive managers and you will work within a dedicated team of colleagues with good knowledge of Residential and Nursing Providers.
