Our Taxi licensing office is looking to appoint a Business Support Officer to the team. The successful applicant will have OCR Level 2 or equivalent in Word Processing or the ability to demonstrate an equivalent competency together with GCSE English and Maths or an equivalent qualification.
It is essential you have at least 12 months experience of working in a business support/administrative environment.
You will have experience of dealing with the public in a front-line capacity and be able to interact positively and communicate effectively at all levels; be self-motivated, taking a proactive approach to your work.
You will be working as part of a team supporting a busy front-line service. Therefore, you should have the ability to both organise and prioritise your work ensuring you are able to meet deadlines.
You will be experience in taking minutes for meetings, work on your own initiative and consistently contribute to effective team working.
