Brent is located within an area where there is a significant amount of regeneration – thus opening up new and challenging work within the Property Planning and Regeneration Team
We are looking for a Property Lawyer , to join our in-house Legal Service’s Commercial Team to cover maternity leave for a year from mid-August 2021.
The Property Lawyer will be required to provide cutting edge advice on complex Planning and Regeneration matters to Brent’s dynamic Property and Regeneration Department.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to supervise junior staff and deputise in the absence of the Senior Property and Regeneration Lawyer.
The Property Lawyer will be required to assist the Senior Property and Regeneration Lawyer with major development projects and deputise when necessary for the Senior Property Lawyer.
The Property Lawyer should be experienced and able to work to a high level, and provide specialist and proactive legal advice.
