WorkwithYork are working with our prestigious City Centre client based in York to recruit an experienced Housing Management Officer.

You must have worked effectively with tenants, their families and the wider community using a proactive approach to resolve problems such as:

• tenancy breaches,
• rent arrears,
• nuisance and
• antisocial behaviour.

You will need to be a confident communicator who can deal with difficult situations calmly and with confidence, alone or with other services as needed.
