In a newly created Assistant Director post, you will be driving the change programme forward enabling us to deliver a new 10-year business plan that is being developed to realise the Council vision. Your inspiring leadership and flair for managing relationships will bring cohesion and focus to change activity across the whole Council. You will work closely with the Chief Executive and Corporate Leadership Team in identifying ideas and opportunities that improve performance, outcomes, and advance cultural change. You will lead on improving our programmes office and systems thinking capabilities and you will collaborate with a wide range of colleagues to embed Our Identity, our workforce vision and values.
