The Role:

As the Bi-borough School Standards Manager, you’ll play a central role in managing the service budget and shaping our traded offer to schools. Managing partnerships and supporting the Deputy Director of Education will be key responsibilities. There will be a high-volume and varied workload to manage across areas ranging from HR and IT to finance and admin support.

The variety and extent of the role offers reward and challenge in equal measure. Your ability to multitask and prioritise will be tested to the full, while the need to manage a range of requests will see you learn and grow. It also means you’ll be highly valued.

About You:

As well as experience in successfully managing administrative services, you’ll have worked with senior leaders to support service delivery. IT literate in a range of systems, you’ll combine budget management skills with experience in managing and minuting a range of meetings and prioritising a busy and varied workload.

An excellent all-round and literate communicator and people and performance manager, you’ll pride yourself on your high standards of delivery.
