The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Pensions Shared Service as a Senior Pensions Officer in our Employers and Communications Team.  The Pensions Shared Service, based in Wandsworth, runs the administration of the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) for five London boroughs: Camden, Merton, Richmond, Waltham Forest and Wandsworth. 

This is very exciting phase for our service as we transform through a programme of expanding our staffing resources, greater use of automation and emphasis on people development.

As a Senior Pensions Officer in our Employers and Communications Team, you will have the opportunity to gain managerial experience.  You will co-ordinate team activity to support employers in pension administration. This role requires good technical knowledge of public sector pensions administration and the ability to drive continual improvement.
