We are looking for an Administrative Officer to help us provide excellent customer services to our residents.
You will be based in Wandsworth in the heart of London reporting to the principal Support Services Officer and working as part of a small administrative team. You will manage and monitor contractors’ orders to ensure their prompt attendance to breakdowns and ensuring effective repair works are completed on time. You will ensure gas servicing and electrical inspections are carried out. You will carry out post inspections over the phone and assist in the resolution of problems. You will also carry out other administrative tasks including scanning and indexing documents. Confidence in using computer systems including MS Office is essential, as is the ability to deal sensitively with residents and their representatives with the highest standard of customer care.
Knowledge of housing repairs services within a housing management environment would be an advantage as would experience of raising orders. Applications will be by CV but also when applying please ensure you address all the person specification requirements in you supporting statement.
