You will support the Director of Finance through the management of a wide-ranging portfolio of support services including (but not limited to) customer services, finance, personnel, property, digital services, ICT and revenues and benefits.  In addition you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring various strategies including our digital and asset management strategies and overseeing business continuity planning and corporate risk management. Excellent customer service is at the heart of everything the Council does and you will be key to delivering this commitment to our customers.

This key role will strengthen our corporate functions, put the customer at the heart of everything Broxbourne does and support our sustainable growth, which will be front and centre of our strategic planning and future success.

You will be able to demonstrate experience in a senior management role in the public or private sector, you will also bring experience of successfully managing and delivering complex issues and have the motivation, influence and drive to support, lead and deliver on our corporate priorities.
