Housing Property Services

Brent Council brought back in-house it’s ALMO in 2017. Brent Housing has completed a thorough restructure of our Housing Property Services team. The new structure will deliver important, exciting, innovative and supportive services to our 13,000 residents.

In addition to our routine repairs, housing property maintenance and compliance services, we have an ambitious programme of planned maintenance, major tower block refurbishment and climate change improvement works. We are developing our service operating model to deliver Building Safer Futures, Climate Change improvements, and other services that make a positive impact to the Borough and other residents.

The service has evolved to focus on delivering the service residents want. We want to ensure people live in well maintained homes and estates and we are prepared to put in the required level of investment to achieve this. We know cash alone won’t deliver the changes our residents want to see, we need excellent people who have the right experience, knowledge and attitude to make the service work and that’s where you come in.

Our new build programme has and will continue to provide additional quality homes to be maintained to a high standard.

Our Property Services team is looking for people to take on a number of key posts, to deliver a sector leading customer experience for Brent tenants and leaseholders.

Brent Council is a responsible employer and provides career development opportunities, employment support, competitive pay, and flexible working arrangements.

The post holder will demonstrate suitable relevant experience.

The Person

The candidate is expected to have relevant experience in Housing, and who has excelled in a similar role.

Closing Date: 22 September 2021 (23:00)
