The key functions of this important role will be:

-        recruiting and managing our 27-strong Programme team;

-        using your creativity and judgement;

-        translating user needs into project deliverables;

-        managing programme budgets, deliverables, risks, issues and business cases.

The successful candidate will:

-        have a strong awareness of Local Authority processes, and an ability to navigate these processes successfully.

This is the central role in our digital transformation for Housing at Greenwich, driving change and improvement, and reporting directly to Dewbien Plummer, our Head of Strategy & Improvement, you will be a key member of our management team. If this sounds like you, and you’d like to be part of this exciting programme, we’d love to hear from you!
