About Directorate

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a small Learning Disability Occupational Therapy team in Barnet.  We are newly- established within Barnet Learning Disability Service (BLDS) and this is an opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to bring their skills and knowledge to a motivated, forward-thinking MDT.

The BLDS occupational therapy team works with individuals, relatives, carers, and a wide range of health & social care professionals and many outside agencies.  The aim is to provide holistic occupational assessments to enable people with learning disabilities to participate and enjoy their lives and be as independent as possible.

The post holder will receive a thorough induction and regular operational supervision. Opportunities for personal and professional development exist through supervision, support, sharing of best practice and continuing professional development.

About the role
