Job Details
Our Customer Service Centre team offers customers information and advice on enquiries relating to Council services predominately by telephone and online. An opportunity has arisen in the team to learn new skills and a good working knowledge of all the services we provide, whilst being part of a team with a strong customer service commitment.
To be a customer service advisor you will enjoy working directly with customers to resolve their queries and recognise the importance of first class communication skills to achieve customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high performing team that delivers a first class service to meet the needs of our customers in a purpose built environment.
You will have previous experience of working face to face and/or on the telephone with customers in a busy customer service environment, preferably in local government.
You will be required to work 37 hours per week Monday to Friday.
