We are seeking a specialist Regeneration Solicitor. Regeneration is one of our highest priorities, and we need the postholder to take the lead in ensuring that our development priorities are addressed. You will need to be a customer-focused lawyer with a track record leading on major regeneration initiatives. You will have a strong understanding of delivery vehicles (LLPs., JVs etc.), and know how to use these structures to derive maximum value for the council and the communities we serve.
