The Role
You will be part of a team that works shifts across 7 days per week, 24 hours a day. This is a truly rewarding role for the right person!
The role of Support Coordinator is integral within the Short Breaks service where you will support people with disabilities to take control of their lives and, make use of the local community and to meet planned goals and outcomes, which includes physical and emotional support and personal care.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and will require an Enhanced DBS.
