A career in social care - could that be you?
Our whole workforce has risen to the challenge of the pandemic and as an organisation we couldn’t be prouder.
As we look to recover from the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, keeping our most vulnerable residents safe and well is still paramount. Join our incredible residential care home team who provide dedicated care to meet the needs of individual people.
Working in a residential home is a special kind of role for a special kind of person. If you have an understanding of adult social care, a caring and supportive attitude and a willingness to make a real difference to the lives of others, you may just be that person. There's plenty of support available when you join our team but don’t take our word for it, here’s what our staff have to say
Claremont House specialise in both short-term and long-term care for people with a dementia diagnosis, aiming to help our residents stay independent, safe, and secure in our protected environment. Staff are specially trained to work with residents whose diagnosis of dementia means that they need extra support and understanding. We offer security and safety in a home-from-home environment.
Working closely with families during what can often be a worrying time, you will work on a rota including weekends and Public Holidays. The earliest start will be 7.30am and the latest finish 9.30pm.
Reporting to, and supported by, a Deputy Manager, you will be part of a team of Team Leaders, Support Workers, and housekeeping staff. Your job will also include working in partnership with health staff assessors and the independent sector.
