An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in the Greenwich Integrated Community Learning Disabilities Services. We are looking for an experienced, autonomous, and highly motivated leader who can influence practice and integrated working.

This post will be critical to the delivery of our Forward Thinking vision. The post requires a high level of competence, skill, and motivation to work within a well-established multidisciplinary/multiagency team. You will be working with vulnerable adults with Learning Disabilities who also present with complex behavioural and general health needs.

You will be expected to work alongside partners and providers to deliver high-quality services and positive person-centred outcomes for individuals within the Royal Borough of Greenwich Integrated Health & Social Care Team, which provides specialist assessment, care management, and clinical intervention for people with Learning Disabilities who require services.

As Head of Service, you will have operational responsibilities for the team's day-to-day business, ensuring effective clinical performance, delivering solid and sustained service improvements, providing excellent Health and Social Care service to people with a learning disability, and meeting agreed upon KPI's.

You will need to demonstrate excellent management and leadership to ensure effective delivery of service involving people with learning disabilities in all aspects of their care.

You will provide excellent leadership to the Multi-Disciplinary Team, leading by example.

You will have excellent communication skills and be transparent and in touch with your team. You will be someone who have demonstrable transformed a service and is seeking to make improvements that leads to a high performance team.

We will have a strong focus on CPD and we will support you to develop your skills; you will work as part of a wide and supportive clinical and social care team.
