It is exciting times at Chelmsford City Sports as we continue grow our children’s activities programs. If you are interested in leisure and passionate about delivering the best customer service while working within a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you.
Chelmsford City Sports runs a number of successful sports/activities at our facilities across the city during both term times and the school holidays. These activities, available for 4 to 12 year olds, are an ideal opportunity for children to try a range of new and exciting activities.
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to act as Lead Coaches who can deliver our activities during both term times and the school holidays. The applicant must be passionate about giving every child an amazing experience, be a confident communicator, have excellent customer care skills and should ideally possess a sports leadership/coaching qualification although not necessary. The applicant should have the ability to create an environment to motivate and encourage.
This post is offered on a casual basis and the successful applicants will be required to work predominantly during the school holidays, but additional coaching sessions maybe available during school term times and weekends.
