Building Services are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Building Surveyor to join the Project Delivery (Buildings) team to support Senior Building Surveyors and the Team Leader in the delivery of minor and major developments across Bedford Borough.

A dynamic individual with a commercial focus who can rise to the challenge and is results driven. This is a great opportunity to join a professional team delivering a wide range of technical projects across the Councils portfolio including commercial properties, public buildings and Schools.

You will have substantial experience in the role of Building Surveyor ideally in the public sector. They will need to be able to work independently and be a key team member.

Building Services are currently working from home so the candidate will need to be confident in using Teams to communicate with colleagues, and project management software systems to manage live projects.
