The South & East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership is seeking an exceptional candidate for the newly created role of Deputy Chief Executive (Communities). This is one of the most exciting roles right now in the local government sector.

The three Councils – Boston Borough, East Lindsey and South Holland – are embarking on a trailblazing partnership which will see the Councils working together through a shared vision and ambition for their communities and a shared workforce for their organisations.

Reporting to the Joint Chief Executive, the post holder will oversee the Communities portfolio which includes Wellbeing and Community Leadership; Regulatory Services, Leisure & Culture and Neighbourhoods.

We are seeking to appoint a visionary and motivational leader with a proven track record of delivering at a senior level in a large complex organisation. The ability to work effectively with external partners to deliver strategic, corporate and local priorities will be exceptionally important, as you work with Councillors, MPs and external agencies to deliver transformational change for our organisations and to improve outcomes for all of our 300,000 residents.
