Job Details
The post holder will be responsible for coordinating Education, Health and Care needs assessments (EHCNA) and Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plan reviews within statutory timescales.
The job purpose is to co-ordinate and accurately record on corporate databases the assessment, planning and review processes for children with Special Educational Needs and Disability (0-25yrs), engage with other teams who contribute as appropriate and write draft EHC plans as required.
