This is a great opportunity for you to join Lincolnshire County Council's Technical Services Partnership as a Roads Technician on a Career Grade Opportunity. You can be part of a great group of professionals making your mark in the present and future of Lincolnshire's roads.

About the role

You may also be involved in the design and check of development proposals.

You will be involved in the different stages of a project, including concept development, feasibility, design and supervision of the works on site. You will have the opportunity to manage your own projects, working closely with other team members and specialisms, external partners and Clients.

There are opportunities to develop your knowledge and competence and to grow both personally and professionally. Our Career Grade scheme gives you a path to progress through, dependent on your achievements.

About the Team

You could be a school leaver or have some experience - it doesn't matter which, as long as you fit with the team, and are willing to develop and will work effectively for Lincolnshire.
