An opportunity has arisen for an experienced major projects surveyor to join the Royal Greenwich Building Control team.  We are seeking to recruit a confident and enthusiastic individual qualified at LABC Level 6 who can manage building control activities relating to major projects.

A thorough knowledge and understanding of building control matters relating to complex and high-value multi-storey buildings and the ability to apply current guidelines and relevant legislation is essential to this role.  Able to self-manage and forward plan their own workload, the successful candidate will act as a point of ongoing liaison with developers and clients in the provision of technical advice and guidance.  The successful candidate would also be expected to lead on fire safety matters relating to complex and high-rise buildings and provide support and development training to colleagues.
