WorkwithYork are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to work in an ongoing temporary assignment based in York city centre.

This is a full time role –  Monday – Friday – 830am – 5pm

£10.59 per hour

You will have previous experience of working with customers face to face /over the telephone and have the ability to understand customer's requirements.

Your main duties will be:

• Work within a team covering the help desk
• Handling incoming and outgoing customer calls
• Dealing with the public

You will need:

• Good listening skills
• Great customer service skills, courteous and empathetic
• Ability to quickly build a rapport
• Good communication skills, excellent vocal delivery
• Ability to describe/articulate products and services to customers
• Excellent communication skills
