Career Grade Planning Officer - West Area and East Area Team

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and well organised individual to take up a Planning Officer role within the Development Management West Area and East Area Team.

In this role you will deal with planning applications covering a wide range of planning issues. You will have experience within a similar role dealing with a range of application types. You will need to show you can act on your own initiative and work with minimal supervision with an ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.

You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills. We are seeking an enthusiastic and well organised individual. You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of planning applications, pre-applications requests and appeals.

The permanent roles are suitable for workers requiring sponsorship under the Skilled Worker Route.
