Reporting to our Head of Housing Development Joe Richardson, you will bring your prior knowledge of financial analysis to play a lead role in the forecasting and monitoring of income and expenditure related to Wandsworth’s housing development and regeneration programmes.
You’ll have a background in a relevant development or finance field – applying your experience to ensure our forecasted income and expenditure is as accurate as it can be. Your role will involve close liaison with Development Project Managers and WBC’s Finance team, tracking movements of income and expenditure as sites progress from design stages through to site completion and aftercare. You’ll make full use of our specialist development appraisal tool and cashflow management software, refining its reporting outputs thereby making a significant contribution to the accuracy of tens of millions of pounds of forecasted expenditure every year.

The environment is fast-paced, with tight deadlines therefore you will need to be a good communicator, well organised, have excellent written, numerical and analytical skills and sound IT abilities.
