Salary: £110k including car allowance, plus performance bonus of up to £10k and attractive benefits
Livin is an award-winning not for profit housing association with 8,500 homes across County Durham. We are now looking for an ambitious Executive Director to join us, someone who is quite possibly a Chief Executive of the future, wanting a career enhancing role in a culture where innovation, energy and fresh strategic thinking are highly valued.

Our newly appointed Chief Executive has a clear vision to build an Executive Management Team of exceptional leaders working collaboratively to deliver on the exciting and challenging ambitions in Plan A. We have designed a new leadership structure aligning the responsibilities of these new Executive Director posts to deliver the optimal conditions for our future success.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious leader with experience of leading multiple services to join us. Although you will lead skilled teams within HR, IT and governance, you need not necessarily be an expert in these areas. Of greater importance is an inspirational leadership style combined with the ability to bring challenge and original thought, contributing strategically across Livin and into our next phase of Plan A. Regardless of your sector background, you will bring excellent judgement along with a highly visible leadership style.
