Create safe homes for Enfield’s residents to live their best lives.

Enfield is driving one of London’s largest neighbourhood regeneration programmes, ensuring the borough grows in a way which means no one is left behind. We’re also home to one of the largest house building agendas in London and were recently awarded £166m+ Affordable Homes Programme funding to build 1,120 new generation council homes. Housing is a key priority for the us as we strive to become a safer borough, to provide residents with good homes, and to drastically slash carbon emissions.

As our new Investment and Resident Safety Programme Director you will play a major role in the London wide retrofit agenda. Managing our c.£60m capital programme, you will ensure quality housing standards and delivery for our tenants and leaseholders. Your passion for resident engagement and building safety will be enhanced by your track record of compliance management as a health and safety professional. You could be working for a local authority, registered social housing provider or with organisations managing significant health and safety issues. Whatever your track record, you’ll have a proven ability to assess, prioritise risk, and successfully deliver improvement programmes.
