Job Details
We have an opportunity for a Principal Business Analyst within Digital Services.
You will be responsible for all investigative work relating to onboarding new services to the Council’s Dynamics 365 Platform and play a significant role in helping our business teams to deliver excellent services that deliver real value to our organisation and to our customers.
The successful applicant will be an integral part of our software development team and will champion our Lean and Agile processes. They will be a great communicator and will have the ability to gain support from our business customer into potential solutions.
As the Principal Business Analyst, the successful applicant will be responsible for all business analysis processes relating to the analysis and presentation of user stories within the software development lifecycle and for the mentoring and training of all business analysts within Digital Services. Therefore, they will have excellent problem solving and communication skills and a customer orientated approach.
