About the Service

Haringey Connecting Communities employability ESF programme is funded by the GLA and delivered in partnership with Centre London Forward Borough – it is an 18month programme consisting of two elements:

  • An enhanced employment support provision for those furthest from the job market to be delivered by Haringey Works
  • Intermediate Labour Market Scheme

The programme will support the Borough Plan outcomes where all residents have access to training skills and development opportunities and more people are supported into work.

About the Role

As the Employer Engagement Officer for the programme, you will provide a 360-degree service for employers and the livery companies that wish to engage with the Connecting Communities programme. You’ll secure sustainable employment opportunities for Haringey residents at London Living Wage or above with local and regional businesses. Main responsibilities include:

  • Generating new business leads and responding to enquiries and managing relationships with existing employers and Livery companies.
