About the Service

Haringey Connecting Communities employability ESF programme is funded by the GLA and delivered in partnership with Centre London Forward Borough – it is an 18month programme consisting of two elements:

An enhanced employment support provision for those furthest from the job market to be delivered by Haringey Works Intermediate Labour Market Scheme The programme will support the Borough Plan outcomes where all residents have access to training skills and development opportunities and more people are supported into work.

About the Role

As Administrator for the programme, you will provide essential support to the Business Manager and the wider team, being the point of contact for internal and external staff as well as being the liaison for partners and stakeholders. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be expected to work across multiple tasks and projects, prioritising your time accordingly. Main responsibilities for this position include:

  • Sending information to stakeholders, supporting the development of agendas, attending meetings, and taking minutes.
  • Writing, filing, and maintaining documents and databases.
  • Supporting the development of marketing and communications materials – web based and hard copy.

About You

We’re looking for an experienced Administrator who has at least one years experience of delivering projects in either an education, employment, skills or public sector environment. You’ll have a proven track record of supporting project management lifecycles including administration, milestones and reporting. You will also have:

  • NVQ or equivalent in a related discipline
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Proven experience in programme administration, operating procedures, project oversight and monitoring
  • Budget and financial administration experience with a basic awareness of Data Protection and safeguarding requirements
  • A genuine passion and enthusiasm for employment and skills
