Job Details
Chelmsford City Council are seeking a self-motivated, experienced and customer-focused Cleaning Operative to join our cleaning team. You will provide an important service, working to a high standard so that our staff and visitors enjoy a clean and safe environment.
This position is based at the Freighter House Depot in Chelmsford– the working hours are 6.30am to 9.30am, Monday to Friday. Total 15 hours per week.
The postholder may be given the opportunity to work additional hours at other Council premises in the City to cover absence within the wider cleaning team. This could involve evening work, weekends or bank holidays (No night work). Own transport would be beneficial due to the hours/location of work.
