Surrey Heartlands ICS and Surrey County Council have an established partnership which supports joint working and innovation across health and the County Council. By 2030 we want Surrey to be a uniquely special place where everyone has a great start to life, people live healthy and fulfilling lives, are enabled to achieve their full potential and contribute to their community, and no one is left behind.
Our ability to jointly achieve this will be determined by the success of our partnerships across local government, the wider public sector, the NHS, other healthcare providers and many others working together in a collaborative way. We recognise that bringing in great people to help us explore and challenge the way public services systems use analytics and insight to optimise future thinking capability and capacity will be integral to our success.
With a key responsibility for our insights function this role will provide strategic and operational leadership to develop our data enabled insights capability into a joint function that advances further integration. Developed analytical skills are crucial as well as an ability to influence and challenge to help shape responses to complex issues through the use of data analytics and science. We’re looking for someone with proven experience and a successful track record of leading analytics and information across a large organisation to create a collaborative step change in culture and thinking.
