We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Pensions Shared Service as an Administrative Assistant. The Pensions Shared Service based in Wandsworth runs the administration of the Local Government Pension Scheme for five London boroughs: Camden, Merton, Richmond, Waltham Forest and Wandsworth.

No previous experience of pensions administration is needed – if you meet the essential criteria including English language and mathematics skills at least equivalent to GCSE standard – we will invite you for an assessment test to see whether you are suited to the role. This numeracy and literacy test will be held in the week commencing 6 December 2021 and, if successful, an interview will follow in the week commencing 13 December 2021. If you are selected to sit the test you will be emailed to confirm this. The test and interview will be undertaken using Microsoft Teams.
