Job Details
We are looking for an individual who works well in a small team to deliver an excellent level of service at our flagship Market Road Public Conveniences and Shopmobility service.
The successful applicant will be able to offer excellent customer service and be confident in dealing with contractors and members of the public with enquiries and with the issuing of the Shopmobility scooters and wheelchairs.
They will be enthusiastic and self-motivated working in a small team to deliver excellent standards of cleanliness at all times, being able to operate electrical cleaning apparatus and undertake physical cleaning activities throughout the day.
The postholder will be required to work 30 hours per week over three set days including weekends and bank holidays. Flexibility is essential as you will be required to work additional hours to cover staff holidays.
