We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative individual to join our team, as our Long-Term Team Manager. You will lead and manage a team of Adult Social Care staff to ensure the delivery of effective strengths-based outcomes, for people who have care and support needs.
Long Term Assessment and Review Service
The Adult Social Care Long Term Service is for people, aged 18+ who are living in the community and have been identified as having long term care and support needs.
This service will work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders from across the health and social care system and third sector and voluntary groups in Cumbria in ways that recognise strengths, promotes independence and prevents, reduces or delays the need for formal long term care and support provision. Assessments and reviews will be undertaken in a strengths-based way that maximises the use of social capital and community based assets.

We are looking for someone who has a passion for our service and who is a proven and motivated leader, who can lead, manage and co-ordinate the teams effectively. You will have experience in working on strategic priorities and transformation plans, and will be able to step into this role with an innovative and creative approach.
The right candidate will be professional and motivated, with the right knowledge and experience to support and empower our teams. This role will involve cultivating and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and partnerships, so you will have the abilite to network, influence, negotiate and make difficult decisions.

This role requires an enhanced DBS check with an Adults Barred List check. Please note this role involves working in regulated activity with Adults.
