A key element of our focus on residents is in the area of private accommodation.

The successful candidates will be responsible to primarily provide research and enhanced information and intelligence to support the service in tackling rogue landlords. They will also work in the Private Sector Enforcement Team to provide support to enforcement officers in compiling evidence for enforcement and prosecution. This includes taking witness statements, producing statements, visiting property (sometimes outside normal working hours).
