We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative individual to join our team, as an Early Help Officer.
As an Early Help Officer, you will contribute to the high quality early support to children and families, across Cumbria, providing Early Help consultation and guidance to professionals and practitioners carrying out critical front-line support to vulnerable children, young people, and their families with multiple needs.
We are looking for someone who has knowledge of Common Assessment Framework (CAF) Early Help (Signs of Wellbeing and Success) and Threshold Guidance, and ideally working principles of Information Sharing in partnerships, including the Data Protection Act. You will have experience of working with a range of senior managers, partners, and members across a large organisation, and you will be able to demonstrate that you have delivered large projects or programmes and achieved desired outcomes.
