Job Details

We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic and motivated individual who has good customer service skills and is experienced in communicating with a range of people to join our team. This role provides customer service and administrative support to services within the Public Places Directorate, which are supported from Freighter House.


In order to assist with the effective delivery of these services we are looking for candidates with a proven track record in similar work, including experience working with a range of computer packages, and administration tasks to provide a high quality of service, to deal with all customer enquiries by email, letter and phone. Numeracy and literacy skills are essential for this role.
