Salary range: £49,827 - £56,100 p.a. inc. 

Contract: Permanent 

Hours of work: 36 hours per week

Location: Civic centre and other locations from time to time

Regeneration Project Manager

The Post

Brent is one of the most dynamic outer London boroughs. We want to maximise investment for inclusive growth and create positive benefits for all our communities. We are looking for an experienced regeneration practitioner to lead the design, delivery and management of high profile and complex regeneration and development programmes and projects, including within the Wembley and Alperton Housing Zones, and Masterplans for regeneration and placemaking in new growth areas.

As Regeneration Project Manager you will have the chance to make a positive contribution to delivery of the regeneration service, and be responsible for managing and leading staff to deliver high quality physical and socioeconomic outcomes that achieve the Borough Plan objectives. You will be responsible for planning and promoting growth and opportunity areas, and for identifying new opportunities to attract investment and delivery place-based and transformational change.

The Person

You will be an experienced and passionate regeneration practitioner with a track record of achievement and successful project management and delivery. Expertise in managing multidisciplinary teams, staff, budgets and performance, collaborative working with a range of partners and stakeholders, and the ability to think innovatively will be key to the development and delivery of integrated regeneration solutions. Your will have the opportunity to contribute to the strategic development and direction of the Regeneration Service.
